Discuss the relationship between a particular crop or food product (discussed in course readings or elsewhere) and one or more technologies of control: controlling people, production, consumption, costs, policy, choice, etc.

-1,000 words minimum

-12-point standard font (Times New Roman, Calibri, etc.)

-Double-spaced

-File attachment upload

-Proper use of attribution and citation—can use your preferred system (Chicago, MLA, etc.) but please stay consistent within the document.

-Include works cited list as final page of document.

-Must use at least three of our in-class scholarly works (the textbook counts as only one, but of course you may work from multiple chapters therein and are encouraged to!). This does not include links/websites, poems, or anything that is not an academic book chapter or journal article.
